The 1991 Information Please Almanac cites unspecified "US Officials" that: - 100,000 boat people died fleeing Vietnam. Tội Ác Của Hồ Chí Minh & Đảng Cộng Sản Việt Nam

1949-1956: Năm đợt Cài Cách Ruộng Đất: 500 ngàn nạn nhân bị giêt.
1954: Gần 1 Triệu người nạn nhân của Cải Cách Ruộng Đất và Văn Nhân Giai Phẩm đã bỏ Tất Cả để vào Nam tìm Tự Do.
1958: Theo chỉ đạo của Hồ Chí Minh, Phạm Văn Đồng gởi công hàm thừa nhận yêu sách của TC về Biển Đông và hai Quần Đảo Hoàng Sa & Trường Sa.
1968: Tấn công Tết Mậu Thân. Hơn 14000 nạn nhân dân sự, trong số hơn 2000 người bị chôn sống.
1974: Với sự đồng lõa của nhà cầm quyền Hà Nội, TC cưỡng chiếm Hoàng Sa của VNCH.
1975:
- Cưỡng chiếm Miền Nam, hai năm sau khi đã ký Hiệp Định Hòa Bình Paris;
- Trại Tù "Cải Tạo", nửa triệu tù nhân khổ sai, hàng chục ngàn thiệt mạng.
1975-1985: Hơn 1 triệu 750 người trốn khỏi Việt Nam (3, 4 trăm ngàn tử nạn).
1979: Chiến tranh giữa Việt Nam và TC, hàng chục ngàn dân Việt mạng vong.
1999-2000: Hai Hiệp Ước, ký lén lút, nhượng Đất Biển của Tổ Quốc cho TC (vùng biên giới và hầu như toàn bộ Biển Đông, với hai Quần Đảo Hoàng Sa & Trường Sa); Đến ngày hôm nay, vẫn chưa có Hiệp Ước hoặc bản đồ nào được công bố...

Tóm lại, kể từ 1945, «chiến tranh giải phóng» của HCM và đảng CSVN đã sát hại hơn 3 triệu (*) người Việt Nam (*) Pierre Darcourt, Ed Albatros, Paris, 1976: Viet Nam, Qu'as-tu fait de tes Fils? Việt Nam, nguơi đã làm gì với đàn con?).

Dẫn tới tình trạng hiện tại: 

- Mất hầu như toàn bộ Biển Đông, và một phần khu biên giới phía Bắc;
- Đại đa số dân chúng sống nghèo khổ mặc dù đã 35 năm hòa bình; ngưng tiếng súng.
- Ngư phủ Việt Nam bị TC khủng bố trắng trợn, đàn áp thẳng tay, thậm chí sát hại trong khu vực đánh cá truyền thống tổ tiên, trước sự im lặng dửng dưng của nhà cầm quyền CSVN.
- Đàn áp thô bạo người bất đồng chính kiến, tín đồ tôn giáo không «quốc doanh».
- Về tự do biểu lộ tư tưởng, năm 2009, «Phóng Viên Không Biên Giới» đã xếp Việt Nam vào hạng thứ 166 trong số 175 quốc gia trên thế giới.
- Buôn bán trẻ em, buôn bán phụ nữ để làm nô lệ tình dục.
- Xuất cảng lao động rẻ tiền (thực chất là nô lệ) khắp thế giới.
- Cho TC (kẻ thù truyền kiếp) «thuê» nhiều vùng đất đai, chiến lược của Tổ Quốc để khai thác bauxite (vô cùng ô nhiễm), với nhân công TC nhập cảnh tự do...
- Cán bộ đảng CSVN trở thành triệu triệu phú USD, với một số không nhỏ là tỷ phú.
- Văn Hóa thoái hóa, Tàu hóa, Xã Hội suy đồi và đồi trụy, chạy theo vật chất bằng mọi giá...
- Việt Nam vẫn thuộc những nước nghèo khổ nhất thế giới, vẫn van xin quốc tế trợ giúp...
(từ 1980 Cho đến năm 2016 vẫn ăn xin quốc tế.)

1949-1956: Cinq vagues de Réforme Agraire – 500,000 victimes.
1954: Près d’un million de Nord Vietnamiens ont tout quitté pour La Liberté dans le Sud.
1958: Lettre Officielle de Pham Van Dông, sous la houlette de Hô Chi Minh, approuvant les revendications de la Chine sur la Mer de L’Estavec les Iles Paracel et Spratley.
1968: Offensive du Têt – Plus de 14000 victimes civiles dont plus de 2000 enterrés vivants à Huê.
1974: avec la complicité du gouvernement de HaNoi, la Chine envahit l’archipel Paracel de la République du Sud Viet Nam.
1975:
- Invasion du Sud VN 2 ans après le Traité de Paix de Paris.
- Camps de concentration: 1/2 million de prisonniers, des dizaines de milliers de morts…
1975-1985:Plus de 1,7 million ont réussi à fuir le VN (3 ou 4 cent mille ont péri).
1979: guerre entre 2 régimes communistes (Le VN et la Chine) - des dizaines de milliers de victimes.
1999 et 2000: Traités, signés en secret, cédant du territoire national à la Chine, (des zones frontalières du Nord, la quasi-totalité de la Mer de l’Est avec les archipels Paracel, Spratley); A cette date, aucun traité n’est divulgué, aucune carte n’est publiée…

Pour résumer, depuis 1945, la «guerre de libération» de HCM et de son PCV a fait plus de 3 millions (*) de victimes parmi la population vietnamienne

Pour arriver à la situation actuelle:

- Perte de la quasi-totalité de la Mer De L’Est et d’une partie de la zone frontalière.
- La grande majorité de la population vit dans la pauvreté malgré 35 ans de paix absolue.
- Des pêcheurs vietnamiens sont ouvertement terrorisés et même tués par l’armée chinoise, dans leurs zones de pêche ancestrales, sans aucune réaction de la part du VN.
- Répression brutale des dissidents et des religieux n’appartenant pas aux organisations d’Etat (le VN est classé, en liberté d’expression, 166/175 par RSF en 2009).
- Traffic d’enfants, traffic de femmes pour l’esclavage sexuel.
- Traffic de «main d’œuvre bon marché» (en réalité des esclaves) pour le monde entier.
- «Location» des zones hautement stratégiques du Territoire National à la Chine (notre ennemi ancestral), qui exploite la bauxite (tragiquement polluante) avec sa propre main d’œuvre venue de Chine, librement…

- Les cadres du PCV sont devenus des multi-millionnaires en USD.
- Déchéance sociale, décadence culturelle…
- Le ViêtNam est encore parmi les plus pauvres du monde, toujours mendiant l’assistance internationale…

Crimes Committed By Ho Chi Minh & The Vietnamese Communist Party
 

1949-1956: Five waves of agrarian reforms: 500000 victims.
1954: Almost 1 million people left Everything for Freedom in the South VietNam.
1958: Obeying Ho Chi Minh's decision, Pham Van Dong sent a letter officially approving the claims China made to the sea area in the East, including the islands Paracel and Spratley.
1968: Tet Offensive, more than 14000 civilians killed, and more than 2000 among them buried alive.
1974: Acting in collusion with the Government of Hanoi, China invades the archipelago Paracel belonging to the Republic of Viet Nam.
1975:
- Invasion of South Viet Nam two years after signing the Peace Treaty of Paris.
- Concentration Camps, half a million ARVN prisoners, thousands and thousands died.
1975-1985: More than 1,7 million Vietnamese escaped out of their country (about 3 to 4 hundred thousand died in the sea, maybe more)
1979: War between two communist regimes (VN and China), thousands and thousands lost their lives.
1999-2000: Treaties, signed secretly, yielding national territories to China (the frontier regions in the North, the quasi totality of the sea in the East including the archipelagos Paracel and Spratley. By then, not a treaty revealed, not a map published…

To sum up, since 1945, “the war of liberation "carried out by Ho Chi Minh and the Communist Party has created 3 M (*) victims cut off from the whole population (Pierre Darcourt, Ed Albatros, Paris, 1976 ; 
(*) Viet Nam, Qu'as-tu fait de tes fils? (Viet Nam, What Have You Done to Your Sons?).

Leading to the actual situation:  

- Loss of quasi totality of the sea region in the East and one part of the frontier region.
- The majority of the people live in poverty despite 35 years of absolute peace.
- Vietnamese fishermen are openly maltreated, avowedly terrorized, and even killed by Chinese forces in the traditional fishing regions, Viet Nam kept quiet, showing no reaction.
- Brutal repression to the political dissidents and religious believers, not belonging to the state’s organisations.
- In its 2009 classification in regard to liberty of expression, RWF ranked VN 166 among 175 nations in the world.
- Children trade, women trade for sexual slavery.
- Trade 'labourer cheap price' (in reality selling slaves) all over the world.
- “Leasing” entire strategical zones of the fatherland to China (our perennial enemies) which is exploiting bauxite (very pollutant), with its own workers from the mainland, freely…

- The cadres in the Communist Party become multi-millionaires in USD.
- VN is still among the poorest countries in the world, always begging for international aid…
(2016 still begging aid).
